A non refundable Booking Fee (50% of the total treatments booked) will be required before any appointment is secure.  This will be deducted from the final cost of your treatment.  If you cannot make your appointment please let us know with at least 48 hours notice, anything less will result in the loss of the booking fee.   We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.  When booking your appointment you are agreeing to this policy.  Many Thanks.
